Installer version depends on Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017.Sound playback doesn't work on any Windows 'N' edition.This release maybe the last which supports OS X 10.9 Mavericks! Notes Windows Source archives also is not available for downloads here anymore. If you still want/need in something else - build it by yourself. 32-bit builds are no longer provided (both for Linux and Windows), but Windows portable version remains 32-bit.
